Mr. Hoefer is an associate with the firm.

Paul was born and raised in Sumter, South Carolina. In 2005, he graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate. He attended the University of South Carolina School of Law and received his J.D. in 2008. While at the USC School of Law, he served on the Southeastern Environmental Law Journal and was an active member of the Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity. Paul has been with Robinson McFadden since joining the firm as a law clerk in the summer of 2007.
