Ms. Roser is an associate with the firm. Born in Dallas, Texas and raised in Anderson, South Carolina, she graduated from the University of South Carolina and received her J.D. from Appalachian School of Law in 2005. While at ASL, Rebecca served as associate editor and executive editor of the Appalachian Journal of Law. She was active in several on-campus organizations and worked as a research assistant for a professor. Prior to joining the firm, Rebecca clerked for the Honorable J. C. Nicholson, Jr. in Anderson, South Carolina.

Rebecca's practice area focuses on civil litigation. She also represents commercial landlords and property owners' associations.
