Most recently, the Firm has:
- Assisted in the expansion of a significant South Carolina corporation into North Carolina;
- Organized several limited liability companies for local doctors to purchase and build their medical offices;
- Assisted a client in creating a new subsidiary by acquiring assets in another state, acquiring real property and creating appropriate sales distribution networks;
- Organized limited liability company to purchase and publish a Spanish Language newspaper and prepared and negotiated the Asset Purchase Agreement;
- Drafted a separation agreement between a non-profit corporation and its Executive Director.
