Most recently, the Firm has:

• Assisted in the expansion of a significant South Carolina corporation into North Carolina;
• Organized several limited liability companies for local doctors to purchase and build their medical offices;
• Assisted a client in creating a new subsidiary by acquiring assets in another state, acquiring real property and creating appropriate sales distribution networks;
• Organized limited liability company to purchase and publish a Spanish Language newspaper and prepared and negotiated the Asset Purchase Agreement;
